All watches you have purchased are guaranteed for 24 months (2 years). 12 months for accessory products

It is under warranty.

Warranty Conditions for Wristwatches

1- The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the goods and is 2 (two) years.

2- The entire product, including all its parts, is under our company's warranty.

3- If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The repair time of the goods is a maximum of 20 working days.

4-If the product malfunctions during the warranty period due to material, workmanship or assembly errors, it will be repaired without charging any labor costs, the cost of the replaced parts or any other fee.

5- If it is understood that the goods are defective, the consumer; - To withdraw from the contract by declaring that one is ready to return the sold item, - To keep the sold item and request a discount from the sales price in proportion to the defect, - To request that the sold item be repaired free of charge, with all expenses at the seller's expense, unless it requires an excessive expense, - If possible, to request that the sold item be replaced with a defect-free one. can use one,

6- Malfunctions resulting from the use of the product contrary to the instructions stated in the user manual are outside the scope of warranty.

CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

1- Battery life

Points to be considered:

1- Protect your watch from extreme heat and cold.

4-Your watch is waterproof, but do not use it while swimming or in water for models with leather straps, as the strap will wear out as long as it remains under water.

The lifespan determined by the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Customs and Trade is 5 years.

Accessory :

Warranty

1-Steel jewelry and accessories are under warranty for 1 year.

2-Replacement with a new product in case of darkening and oxidation

3 -Free technical support is provided in case of breakage or breakage.

Situations Not Covered by Warranty:

1-Leather and similar products are not covered under warranty (Keep such products away from water and similar substances).

2-Absolutely avoid chemical contact with steel products, alcohol etc. like

3-Products with a locking system called Papagan are not covered by the warranty.
